How do we book?

  • Please contact us by emailing, calling or using the booking enquiry form.
  • Check your booking dates are available and let us know when you would like to stay.
  • A deposit invoice with full terms and conditions and access statement/room descriptions will be sent.
  • One third deposit of rental cost will secure your booking.
  • Remaining accommodation payment is due in full, eight weeks before commencement of the hire period.
  • Count down the days to your holiday!

Cancellation

Full charges will become payable once the deposit has been accepted. However, we will endeavour to secure another booking of the property for the same term and at the same charge and, if successful, will only charge a £50 cancellation fee.

Mobile signal

There is good mobile signal at the property, variable signal throughout the islands.

Pets

Please contact us regarding pets prior to arriving.

Smoking

There is no smoking policy in the property or annex.

Groceries

Co-Op is the main supermarket and is 120 metres from the property.

When can I check in and out

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Access to No 2 after 15:00 and departure by 10:00

Cleaning

An in-clean is offered at no extra cost, if staying more than seven days.

Heating and electricity

Heating is via thermostatically controlled electric radiators. They are also programmed to come on and off automatically. Electricity is included in the accommodation price.
